Founder Story

Jenna Dominguez built CASA from the inside out. She didn’t arrive with theories or shortcuts—she arrived with experience. Beginning her career in the unglamorous, unseen layers of facilities operations, she learned the business by doing the work, listening closely, and earning trust one relationship at a time. Over the years, she moved through every seat that matters, witnessing firsthand how misaligned incentives, rushed decisions, and transactional thinking erode both quality and dignity. Jenna knew the industry didn’t need louder promises—it needed steadier leadership, clearer standards, and a more human way forward.
CASA exists because Jenna believes that excellence should feel calm, not chaotic—and that growth should never come at the expense of integrity. Her vision is to build a new standard in facilities management: one where clients are treated as long-term partners, subcontractors are respected as professionals, and operations are run with discipline, transparency, and care. Under her leadership,
CASA will grow deliberately, expanding into select markets while remaining deeply boutique—known not for volume, but for trust, consistency, and quiet excellence.
